"I highly recommend Luis for his quality workmanship, attention to detail, vision, and overall reliability as a general contractor. Not long after purchasing our home we found we had mold damage through much of our basement. After gutting the basement, we hired Luis to renovate and refinish it. Not only did Luis appropriately price the job, but he also stayed within the budget. Throughout the entire process Luis continued to provide updates, involve us daily in the progress and recommend improvements.
On our main level, furthermore, he not only added a door—including finding the perfect antique doorknob to match the others in our house—but also redesigning the wall structure, creating an entry-way that far surpassed our expectations. We were, in fact, so thrilled with all of Luis’s finished work that eight months later we hired him to come back to do more work and renovations in our house including painting, and installing a bathroom mirror. This time, before painting, Luis identified water damage, so he removed a large section of the wall of our library, patched the roof, and completed the work. Other contractors might have just painted over the problem.
If you have general contracting or renovations consider Luis and his team. You will not be disappointed. Luis is a professional, a multi-skilled contractor, and a craftsman."
